Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Houses360.com (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Houses360 provides a virtual tour platform for real estate professionals and property owners. Features include uploading 360° panoramas, building hotspot navigation, capturing leads, and sharing tours via public or private URLs.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Plans & Billing
Free plans allow one published tour. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.
5. Your Content
You retain all rights to the panoramas, photos, video, branding, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant Houses360 a non-exclusive license to host, display, and serve Your Content as needed to operate the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have the rights to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights, violate any law, or contain harmful or unlawful material.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful; (b) attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; (c) use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages; (d) impersonate others; (e) circumvent plan limits or share access with users outside your team plan.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Houses360’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraud, or abuse. On termination your tours and content may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
